They came to help find the source of flies and to help us deal with that issue. Plus we had them do a first-time inspection and treatment. We needed help to learn how to exterminate the flies and their breeding areas. I’m posting a newer review to say we are back to using Augustine after we realized they are the best company we’ve used. Jim is a terrific employee and is very thorough. He’s pleasant and polite along with being knowledgeable. This season we are doing more routine maintenance as issues haven’t cropped up as in the past. We can count on Augustine to help if they do.
