Dear Augustine,

I am writing this letter in reference to Scott and the service that he has provided to me over the last year. I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Scott. You see I have had an ongoing problem with mice over the last 4 ½ years. I formerly had Orkin but they could never seem to correct the problem. That is why I switched to Augustine.

When I moved into my house I started having this issue and contacted Orkin but the gentleman that came out did not have the patience to deal with a hysteric woman. Scott however has been nothing but patient. I have had 2 instances where he has gone above the call of duty. I had an issue where he was not going to be on call on the Saturday I was requesting and he worked it out to where he came at 7:30 in the morning one Friday. Another instance is when I called the after hours emergency number, not realizing that it was used for issues outside of regular service. I had a mouse that had ran across a sticky trap, got it’s hind legs caught and was screaming and running around my bedroom with the trap. Now that would be funny to the average individual but you are reading this letter from a person whom is deathly afraid of mice. I contacted your after hours number and they immediately contacted Scott which in turn called me. This took place at 11pm at night. He graciously came to my house and captured the mouse and disposed of it. He did not stop there, he took the time to look in my cabinets, closet, and under the bed and dresser. Not many people would take the time to do that.

I understand that Scott mainly works on businesses, but he sure does have the attitude that there is no small customer. I would like to not only commend Scott but also recommend that he receive a bonus or raise for all the consideration and good effort he has put in for me over the years. I only hope that I can get completely rid of the mice so that he will not have to fight this issue anymore.

I truly appreciate your company and all the patience Scott has shown me.

Augustine Exterminators has been providing exemplary service to the General Services Administration, Federal Bannister Complex for 5 years. During this tenure, we have been more than pleased with the level service and the results that we have seen from Augustine Exterminators.

When Augustine Exterminators began this contract, they had their work ahead of them. We had terrible insect and pest issues on the complex. It seemed to happen "overnight", but after a few treatments from Augustine, our insect and pest problems dwindled down to nothing. Augustine provides seasonal treatments, as well as weekly treatments. They also respond to emergency calls very quickly. They stop infestations before they happen, by finding the source and destroying chances for a potential infestation. GSA has implemented the industry's leading pest management program, and through Augustine Exterminators, the Bannister Federal Complex has received continuous tenant praise on our pest management procedures.

Besides being effective in pest management, Augustine is also an industry expert. They have incredible knowledge about the chemicals that they use, and they are always in compliance with EPA standards and continually adhere to health safety guidelines. When using chemicals around a large group of people there is always a concern about the safety of your tenants. Augustine is very informed on the types of chemicals that they use, and they choose effective chemicals that can treat the problem, without harm to people or the environment.

Augustine Exterminators does an excellent job and they have pride in their work. They provide exceptional customer service and their record at the Bannister Complex stands for itself. It is without any reservation that I give my strongest recommendation for Augustine Exterminators to be your insect and pest management experts.

Dear Mr. Augustine,

I would like you to know how much I appreciate the top notch job Harold and his assistant did in ridding my finished basement of mildew, including removing the carpet, pad and tack strip, spraying 2 application of mildew ridding chemical on the walls and sealing the walls, floor and steps with Kilz.

I have submitted Augustine's Carpet Clean with a recommendation for it to be included in J.C. Nichol's list of preferred vendors.

Mr. Jim Augustine,

Finding termites in your home is not a pleasant thing. First the concern about damage then the problem of what to do. After reading ads, doing some research, making calls and establishing appointments the visits begin. That brings me to the purpose of this letter. I don’t know you (unless you are the guy driving the truck in the TV ad.) but I now know something about you. You have put together an excellent team.

Jared Ingalls came to my home, I had the garage door open, we did our introductions and Jared started his work, before we left the garage I knew that you guys were different. By the time that we had finished and Jared submitted his estimate I was convinced that you company deserved serious consideration for fixing my problems. Jared gave me an estimate for termite control, pest control and made arrangements for an estimate on window replacement and repair. After getting an estimate for the window work I decided to proceed with your company.

At this point the sentricon system is in place. Dennis did a good job of explaining the systems role as well as his on going role in the process. He installed the AG units that by the way were not even mentioned as a solution by two of your competitors. I was convinced that I had made the right decision.

Today we took the next step. Paul Roark came to my home to start our pest control program. This was the service that I dreaded the most, someone in your home poking around, spraying chemicals, and asking questions. Boy was I wrong. Paul is an excellent front line representative for your company. Paul explained what he was doing, what I should watch for and what to do if problems persisted. I am actually looking forward to Paul’s next visit. I can see why your “name scared pests to death” at this point I don’t think they have a chance.

The window work has not yet been performed but with the quality of people I have met so far, I am pleased to be working \with your company. I look forward to an on going relationship.
